Read Fixes Below: 
1. Make sure your Anti Virus is fully off before you use it.

2. Make sure It's not patched


3. Make sure you are running Windows 10 64 bit

4. Install https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x86.exe and https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

5. If you have the VCRUNTIME140.DLL missing error, follow the steps above.
If you are missing msvcp140.dll, follow the steps above. If those dont work, watch this: https://youtu.be/rPuvOpaCmyY

6. Make sure your directory does not have any unicode characters and is fully in english
